The Peninsula comprised a combined build and refurbishment of 20 seniors living homes. This mixed development involved civil works and installing supporting infrastructure as well as refurbishments to eight existing homes. A further 12 studio and one two bedroom were delivered using 26 modules.
The project was delivered on time and within budget.
