Ian has more than 20 years’ experience in the construction industry and has delivered projects across the industrial, high end residential and affordable housing sectors.
Managing Director
Nick joined Moov Modular in 2022 after 25 years working in financial and capital markets both in Australia and overseas. Nick drives the company’s affordable housing initiatives and developer relationships. He is also responsible for operations and business growth.
Senior Engineer (Consultant)
Sean is a specialist in modular and building product engineering and is responsible for overseeing research and development as well as our certification. Sean brings more than 30 years’ engineering experience to the company having worked across large housing and industrial projects.
Senior Designer
Matt has 20 years’ experience working in property design and development including the charity Habitat for Humanity. Matt contributes his expertise across our wide portfolio of projects including affordable housing.
Factory Manager
Shannon has been with the Moov Modular team from the beginning. He has extensive experience across residential,commercial and high-end housing developments. Shannon’s deep knowledge of the modular design and build process, combined with his meticulous planning, ensures our factory runs smoothly.
