The project was undertaken for a developer seeking to maximise the number of high end town houses in their site. We were able to work with the team to create a high end product incorporating flow and natural light throughout the development.
Eventual purchasers were drawn to the prime location for its proximity to both the beach and Pittwater, both of which are within level walking distance. The development has a unique coast style and was targeted at downsizers in the over 55s category.
Projects of this design can also be undertaken under the complying development guidelines and when combined with modular delivery can speed up completion materially.
