Moov Homes – Affordable Housing

At Moov Modular we are proud of delivering homes for our customers that are both well designed and built to last. As a fully licenced builder we know how to combine the aspects of design, material selection and construction to deliver outstanding homes for clients.  

The broad scope of the projects we’ve been responsible for includes townhouses, individual homes, affordable housing, retirement villages and co-living developments. As a Class 2 and 3 registered builder we’re able to deliver multi-dwelling, group homes, including disability housing and community-based housing.  

Across these projects we work with both internal and external ‘lifestyle experience’ designers and architects to create beautiful and functional designs. We regularly use accessible guidelines in our projects so that clients can age in place and benefit from their home’s enhanced accessibility features.  

Our long-term relationships with material suppliers and industry experts who are passionate about supporting Moov Modular and our customers drives continuous innovation. In recent years we have developed prototype frames that are pre-punched and rolled – this enables a whole floor frame to be put in place in less than an hour. And it’s this kind of innovation that makes it possible for us to pass on the cost saving, and time saving, benefits to our customers.  

Having a team of fully qualified builders, not just a manufacturing team means we’re able to deliver extremely high-quality builds that meet, and exceed, the National Construction Code standards. Our team is also able to offer on-site construction services, where required, to finesse installation and the home-build itself.
