For clients seeking capacity and the ability to deliver on larger projects we are fortunate to be running manufacturing at two sites across the Central Coast and Hunter Valley.

We partner with both local charities and our clients where they are seeking to offer employment opportunities for homeless youth and their clients are seeking to get back into the jobs market. It’s all a part of how we aim to give back to the community while delivering much needed affordable housing at the same time.

During the modular construction process our project team manages our inhouse team, coordinates the delivery of materials, and liaises with the tradespeople required. Our bases and frames are customed designed with Australian steel.

Walls, roofs, windows and insulation are all assembled quickly so that we can deploy our teams to work on the flooring, painting and kitchen and bathroom installation as efficiently as possible.

Throughout the entire process, we maintain stringent quality control and adhere to Australian building standards. From the moment your project begins to the final handover, we ensure that every detail meets your expectations, including the seamless integration of all internal fittings such as cabinetry, plumbing, and electrical works. Solar power and battery connections can also be installed.
