As a licenced builder we coordinate all consultants, site works and installation to deliver our homes as efficiently as possible – ensuring piece of mind for our partners, helping them to control and deliver their community housing projects.
Our projects are delivered through our Moov Homes division. Moov Homes is a team of licensed builders. We’re able to ensure all construction meets Australian building codes and standards, utilising our knowledge and experience across design, materials selection and construction processes, to deliver sustainable, energy efficient, long– lasting and bespoke community homes.
Once the design is finalised and approvals to construct and install are obtained, construction begins in our purpose-built, controlled construction facilities located in the Central Coast and Hunter Valley regions.
The Moov Homes team is integrated with our design, procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure a seamless process is maintained on every project. We consider and manage all aspects of the project schedule to ensure our clients’ projects remain on budget and are delivered on time.
Our off-site construction process reduces waste, ensures quality control and facilitates speed of completion times. Our modular homes are constructed to meet Building Code of Australia (BCA) and Australian Standards requirements – with a particular emphasis on energy efficiency, durability and longevity.
