Who we are

Moov Modular is proud to be a part of the For-Purpose sector in Australia. Rather than solely maximising profit for shareholders, our primary focus is on increasing the availability of community housing.

We believe every Australian has the right to be living in a place they can call home. Based on the Central Coast in NSW, we specialise in the supply of prefabricated modular turn-key housing solutions. Components are constructed off site in our factory and then assembled on site. Community housing is an essential social infrastructure that provides individuals and families in Australia with a home – it bridges the gap between crisis accommodation and home ownership on the housing continuum and alleviates pressure across the entire housing market.

The Housing Continuum
Our team is committed to giving back to the community, helping those who need it most, our passion comes through in everything we do, the quality of the homes we deliver and the speed in which we’re able to build. We partner with like–minded, Community Housing Providers (CHPs), faith–based organisations and charitable foundations. We work with these organisations to deliver Building Code of Australia (BCA) approved homes, that are energy sustainable, long lasting, low maintenance and affordable.
