The Moov Modular team has substantial project experience, and we work hard to ensure that the modules have as much work as possible completed in our factory to make module installation and the connections to the site as efficient as possible.

Cranes or similar heavy machinery are used to lift the modules onto the foundation. Skilled technicians guide the placement, ensuring each module aligns with the pre-set design and structural requirements. 

Our team of fully licensed builders manages not just the lift of the modules into the site but also the on-site civils for the module installation. These include screw piers for attachment and plumbing, gas and electrical connections.  

Following installation, the modules are joined and sealed. This includes connecting utilities, ensuring proper insulation, and addressing waterproofing needs. Internal elements, such as flooring, walls, and ceilings, are adjusted for seamless transitions between modules. External finishes, like cladding or roofing, are applied to create a unified appearance. This stage focuses on both functionality and aesthetics, transforming the prefabricated units into a completed structure.
