Our retirement village projects have always been exciting for Moov Modular as they can deliver much needed accommodation for customers entering the retirement phase of their lives and minimise any disruption that new home construction might otherwise cause for existing sites and villages.

We’re able to deliver a range of homes from one-bedroom and studios to duplexes, accessible housing and specialist disability accommodation. This is because our experience with Class 2 and Class 3 projects allows us to create liveable communities and multi-dwelling housing. 

One of the key advantages our customers see in using modular construction is the limited disruption on their sites – as build times can be radically reduced by up to 50%. This can be a benefit not just for residents of the retirement village but also neighbours who appreciate the offsite construction aspect and the uncomplicated, super-speedy installation process.  

The offsite manufacturing and quality of the home construction is not just suited to retirement villages but also Land Lease and manufactured home parks that offer similar sources of housing and homes.
