Design
Every project begins with an initial briefing where we listen carefully to your needs, ideas and vision. From there, our in-house Architect collaborates with you to shape concepts into practical, community-focused housing solutions. Once the design is resolved, our design team curates a comprehensive architectural package – including visualisations, complete construction drawings and coordinated documentation, providing a refined pathway through approvals, construction and delivery.
Approvals
Navigating development approvals can be complex, so we take care of this on your behalf. With deep knowledge of property pathways and a trusted network of consultants, we manage the entire approvals process from start to finish. This keeps your project moving smoothly – on time and on budget.
Site Preparation
Each project starts with a detailed site assessment to confirm conditions, access and local regulations. Our team manages excavation, levelling, drainage and foundations while coordinating trades and consultants to ensure the site is ready for seamless installation. By handling this stage thoroughly, we reduce risks, save time and avoid unnecessary delays.
Module Construction
Our BlueScope steel wall frames are built off-site in our Central Coast and Hunter Valley facilities ensuring fast delivery and strict quality control. Computer-designed, engineered and roll-formed for precision. The material is fully recyclable.
Delivery & Installation
Transport and installation are planned from the outset. Our logistics team pre-drives routes, arranges permits and oversees lifting and placement on site. Once modules are in position, our licensed builders connect utilities, join interiors and complete external finishes. The result is a fully integrated, high-quality home delivered with care and precision.
Hardscaping & Handover
The final stage focuses on finishing touches. We complete landscaping, fencing and driveways along with key items like letterboxes and clotheslines. Engineers and surveyors carry out inspections to confirm compliance, all systems are tested and a full quality review is completed. Once approvals are granted, we hand over the keys to a home that is ready to move into and enjoy.
