Moov Modular partnered with Anglicare North Coast and Northern Rivers Housing to deliver 24 modular homes – a mix of 1- and 2-bedroom dwellings in South Grafton, NSW.

As the largest modular social housing project in the state at the time, this project showcases how modern construction methods can deliver high-quality housing at scale with speed and cost control.

In a region already under pressure from the national housing shortage and further impacted by recent natural disasters – this program delivered urgently needed, durable and energy-efficient homes for low-income households.
