This project delivered four studio homes and two two-bedroom townhouses on a single 600sqm site, constructed efficiently using just 10 modules. The outcome demonstrates how modular design can unlock density, speed and cost control on compact urban lots.

By aligning with co-living design guidelines for affordable housing, the project provided much-needed rental supply while significantly reducing delivery time and overall project costs – a strong example of how modular solutions can rapidly support housing strategies across regional NSW.
