Booker Bay comprises six luxury beachfront townhouses. This project incorporated the delivery of first floor modules as well as traditional building techniques for the lower ground floor levels.

Meticulously crafted and enjoying spectacular uninterrupted water views across the bay and beyond with a white sandy beachfront and crystal clear waters directly at the doorstep.

Designed to maximise durability, environmental performance and long-term usability in a highly exposed coastal setting. The design prioritises structural resilience, luxury finishes, natural light and ventilation, and efficient spatial planning while taking advantage of the site’s uninterrupted bay views and direct beachfront access.

Eco-friendly materials, natural stone elements and a neutral coastal palette were selected for longevity, low maintenance and integration with the surrounding environment. The project was delivered as a turnkey solution with a focus on luxury, functional detailing and compliance with coastal construction requirements.

The external and internal finishes both are tailored to the high end market reflecting the construction team’s experience to deliver projects of this standard. A combination of these building techniques and finishes could be used to a complying townhouse development to maximise project viability and returns.
