The Peninsula project combined the build and refurbishment of 20 seniors living homes. Works included civil upgrades, new supporting infrastructure and the refurbishment of eight existing dwellings. An additional 12 studio homes and one two-bedroom home were delivered using 26 modules, demonstrating efficient, scalable modular construction.

The entire program was delivered on time and within budget – reinforcing Moov Modular’s capability to manage complex, multi-scope projects while maintaining certainty, quality and speed.
